Independent and cutting-edge analysis on Turkey and its neighborhood

In this piece based on his speech at ARI Movement’s 10th Annual International Security Conference, Nirj Deva summarizes the successes of Turkey’s modernization and democratization project, identifies the key areas which make Turkey indispensible to Europe, and finally points to Turkey’s shortcomings in promoting its strengths.
