Earl Anthony Wayne

Ambassador Earl Anthony Wayne is a Public Policy Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars and Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of the Mexico Institute at the Wilson Center. Wayne was US Ambassador to Mexico and Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs. He is also currently a senior non-resident advisor at the Atlantic Council and the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, among other affiliations.
